The joint laboratory has introduced 1 "Yangtze River Scholar," cultivated 2 outstanding young talents in Hunan, 1 Furong Youth, 1 Xiangjiang Talent, and 1 excellent doctor from the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.
It has trained 1 doctoral graduate and 3 master's graduates for Egypt. The Egyptian laboratory has trained doctoral student Safaa, who mainly engages in the technical research of third-generation CdS/PbS and HJ-QD CdS/QDPbS thin-film solar cells. Master's student Doaa mainly focuses on the research of light trapping efficiency and light reflection technology. Master's student Reem mainly studies the temperature, gas concentration, and high-temperature advancement time of the diffusion process. Master's student Shymaa mainly focuses on the research of boron diffusion and gallium doping to improve solar cell performance. Currently, there are 2 doctoral students and 5 master's students enrolled.
